Rosemary Soto
Rosemary is a Salinas native with nearly 16 years of experience in violence prevention and intervention efforts addressing various forms of violence including; domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, harassment, child abuse and gang violence. Rosemary is a Management Analyst with Monterey County Administrative Office’s, Office of Community Engagement & Strategic Advocacy. In her role as Manager for the Monterey County Gang Violence Prevention Initiative and lead for the Advancement of Governing for Racial Equity in County government, Rosemary serves as the liaison to County resources for local collaborative efforts such as CASP, Seaside Youth Violence Prevention Task Force, Four Cities for Peace, North Monterey County Community Alliance and Impact Monterey County.
